Our process
Screening
After you have submitted your application, we will review it and keep you updated on how the process in proceeding.
Assessment
We use Alva Labs assessments to help us increase our hiring success by identifying the candidates that are most likely to thrive and be successful in the role. In some recruitments the assessments are done later in the process.
Phone/teams interview
We want to hear more about you! The recruiting manager will reach our to the most suitable candidates to arrange a short call/teams-meeting.
Interview
Now it is time to dig deeper and to see if we are the perfect match. We prefer to meet face-to-face, but sometimes Teams is the way to go.
Meet the team
To avoid unconscious biases, support diversity and for you to get a better picture of us, you will meet some more Enentos (that is what we call ourselves).
References
We will ask our final candidate to submit their references via Refapp.
Background check
Since we're working in the trust business, background checks are important. You will get more information during the process, since the checks vary based on role and country.
